About
CICA Museum in Gimpo, South Korea, invites artists worldwide to submit work exploring abstraction for Abstract Mind 2027, its twelfth international exhibition on abstract art, scheduled for 19 May to 13 June 2027 (subject to change).
Categories are painting, drawing and print; sculpture and installation; photography and 2D digital art; and video and interactive art. 2D works may not exceed 1 m on the longest side, installations 1 x 1 x 2 m, and wall-mounted work 10 kg. Submit up to five JPG images or three video links with a bio by email by 23 October 2026.
There is no submission fee, but selected artists pay $78 USD (110,000 KRW) per work toward exhibition processing and maintenance.
