Art Teacher at Artkookoo Art Studio

Artkookoo Art Studio is hiring a casual art teacher to teach classes for young children and adults at its Castle Hill and Eastwood locations in Sydney. The teacher demonstrates techniques, styles and materials, keeps the classroom safe and organised, gives feedback on students' work and hosts children's and adults' art parties with step-by-step clay or acrylic painting projects.

The studio welcomes university students and junior workers. A degree in art or art education, previous experience teaching art (ideally in a school setting) and knowledge of pencil drawing, acrylic painting, watercolour and clay sculpture are preferred; one year of teaching experience is preferred and Australian work rights are required.
