Bogliasco Foundation Fellowships 2027–28

The Bogliasco Foundation offers residential fellowships at its study centre in Bogliasco, on the Italian Riviera near Genoa, to individuals of any nationality developing significant new work in the arts and humanities, including visual arts. Fellows receive full room and board and a work space for a semester-based residency; travel, materials and personal expenses are not covered, and accompanying partners pay EUR/USD 35 a day. Students in degree programmes are not eligible.

Applications are made online with a three-page CV, a one-page project description, three work samples from the last five years and two reference letters uploaded by the referees. The fee is USD 30 if paid up to a week before the deadline and USD 45 after that. Deadlines are 1 December 2026 for Fall 2027 and 11 March 2027 for Spring 2028. Previous fellows must wait five years before reapplying.
