Bundanon Artists in Residence 2028

Bundanon, the estate gifted to the nation by Arthur and Yvonne Boyd, runs one of Australia's largest artist residency programmes at its Bundanon Art Museum and Riversdale sites near Nowra, NSW. The programme is open to individuals, collaborative groups and incorporated companies working in any creative discipline, from Australia or overseas, at emerging or established career stages.

Applications for the 2027 programme closed at 5pm on 9 June 2026 following an online information session on 5 May 2026; results were due in late September 2026. Bundanon states that applications for the 2028 programme will open in early 2027.

Applicants are asked to read the guidelines, handbook, terms and conditions and FAQ, and to consider Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property and community consent where relevant.
