About
C/O Berlin's Talent Award is given annually in two categories, Artist and Writer, to practitioners under 35 working with photography and lens-based media or with photography theory. Each winner receives EUR 5,000; the artist receives a solo exhibition at C/O Berlin in the Amerika Haus and the writer contributes an essay and interview to the accompanying publication.
The 2026 edition, themed Body Politics, drew more than 500 applicants from 67 countries; the winning exhibition runs 13 February to 2 June 2027. Applications for 2026 were submitted in English via the Picter platform by 26 January 2026. The next call is expected on a similar annual rhythm.
