About
Capture Photography Festival's Selected Exhibitions Program gives lens-based artists and curators a platform to present exhibitions in galleries and informal spaces across Vancouver during the festival in April 2027. The jury comprises Dr. Curtis Collins, Michelle Sound, Gaëtane Verna and Emmy Lee Wall.
The program seeks compelling, urgent, primarily lens-based work and encourages proposals from traditionally underrepresented communities. No eligibility restrictions are stated.
The call opened 8 September 2026 and closes 18 October 2026 at 11:59 pm PST. The entry fee is CAD 20, covering membership and platform costs, with waivers available.
