- Any organiser of an exhibition/event in Senegal during the biennale may register; registration only, no selection. Organiser bears all costs.
About
Dak'Art OFF is the parallel programme of the Biennale of Contemporary African Art in Dakar, Senegal. OFF events are independent exhibitions organised by galleries, artists, collectives and venues around the official biennale, which for the 16th edition runs 19 November – 19 December 2026.
There is no jury: organisers register their event by completing the official form and emailing it to [email protected] (copying the relevant regional cultural centre if in Senegal) between 27 July and 13 September 2026. Organisers are responsible for content, venue, funding and compliance with Senegalese law.
Registered events receive an 'OFF' pennant, inclusion in the printed OFF programme and the digital map/mobile app; some may be integrated into the main programme after evaluation.
