About
NYC4PA invites photographers worldwide to submit monochrome images in any style or technique. Only two-dimensional work is eligible. The juror is Ann Jastrab, Executive Director of the Center for Photographic Art, Carmel, California.
Entry is $40 for the first three images and $10 for each additional image, with no limit on the number of submissions. Entries close at midnight Pacific Time on 18 October 2026, and prize announcements are sent about three weeks after the deadline.
Awards are a $1,100 Grand Prize, three First Prizes of $400, three Second Prizes of $325 and three Third Prizes of $250, plus 20 Juror Selections and 20 Honorable Mentions. Winning work is shown in the NYC4PA Online Gallery and a prize winners catalogue; the Grand Prize image is featured on the NYC4PA homepage.
