About
The Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour holds an annual open exhibition in the Upper Galleries of the RSA Building on The Mound. Non-members may submit up to two works (framed no larger than 154 x 154cm) for preselection from digital images; all work must be for sale and wholly the artist's own.
The entry fee is £10 per work, with a £10 hanging fee per preselected work and 40% commission on sales. Preselected works are delivered on 28 and 29 November 2026.
The 146th exhibition's entry deadline was noon on 30 September 2026; the exhibition is open 5 to 30 December 2026. The call recurs each autumn.
