About
The Taipei Art Awards (臺北美術獎) have been held annually by the Taipei Fine Arts Museum (TFAM) since the museum opened in 1983 and are regarded as one of Taiwan's leading forward-looking visual arts prizes. Each year a jury selects around ten finalists, who exhibit at TFAM; a Grand Prize winner is announced at the opening and receives a solo exhibition at the museum in a later year.
The 2026 edition's finalist exhibition runs from 24 October 2026 to 14 February 2027 and features ten artists including Geng Jiesheng, Chen Baixin and Guo Baiyan.
Entry dates, eligibility, fee and prize amounts for 2027 are published by TFAM in the annual call (typically in Chinese, in the first half of the year) and were not available on the pages consulted.
