Artis Residency Grants (for Israeli artists and curators)

Artis, a non-profit based in New York and Tel Aviv, supports contemporary artists from Israel. Its Residency Grants give up to USD 5,000 to visual artists and curators from Israel who have already been accepted to an artist residency outside Israel; the money is paid directly to the applicant and may cover residency fees, travel, living expenses or materials. Residencies in new regions and contexts are prioritised.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed quarterly (February, May, August and November), and must be submitted at least four months before the residency starts. Residencies taking place in 2026 and 2027 are eligible. Independent applications to residencies in Artis's own Studio Partnership Program are not eligible.
