Artist Design Services for Integrated Therapeutic Art at Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital (Trillium Health Partners)

Trillium Health Partners is building the Peter Gilgan Mississauga Hospital as a full replacement for the existing hospital, and the project includes six integrated therapeutic art installations, each with a set theme. Artists will collaborate with the project design team on the designs, which the building contractor (ProjectCo) will then carry out as part of construction.

This request for qualifications will create a pool of Ontario-based artists from which ProjectCo and Trillium Health Partners can choose collaborators. Applications are encouraged from First Nations, Inuit and Métis artists, Black and racialised artists, disabled artists, 2SLGBTQIA+ artists and others from equity-deserving communities. Applicants should not submit ideas or works for sale at this stage.
