Creative Learning Trainee at the National Gallery

The National Gallery's Learning Team is recruiting two Creative Learning Trainees to start in early 2027. These new entry-level roles give practical experience of art education and gallery learning, and no previous museum or gallery experience is needed.

Trainees welcome schools and families to the Gallery's Roden Centre for Creative Learning and support programmers and educators in running inclusive sessions that help people of all ages engage with paintings and their own creativity. They work across different programmes and build skills over the contract.

Each post is part time, four days a week including one weekend day, on a fixed-term contract of up to 22 months, with a listed salary band of £25k–£30k. The full job pack and application are on the National Gallery's website.
