About
OnFife, the trust that runs museums, galleries and libraries across Fife, is replacing a retiring member of its Cultural Heritage team with a Curator (Exhibitions). The post-holder curates and co-curates, installs and evaluates exhibitions, displays, activities and resources across Fife's museums and galleries, and works with local communities and organisations to build interest in heritage and culture.
Applicants need at least three years of museum or gallery exhibition experience, including research, loans, collections care and exhibition design, experience of interpreting collections for varied audiences, and a degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline. A PVG check is required and paid for by OnFife.
The contract is permanent, 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday with some evening and weekend work. Application is by form and equal opportunities form returned by email to OnFife HR; the forms are on the OnFife vacancies page.
