About

The Herzog Anton Ulrich-Museum (HAUM), one of Europe's oldest museums, is creating a curator post for its non-European collections, centred on East Asian lacquerwork, paper and carved objects and ceramics, as part of a reorientation of the museum.

The curator will combine classic curatorial work on the collection, understood within its history of European reception, with participatory, outward-facing interpretation.

The post starts on 1 February 2027 and is full time and permanent, paid at TV-L pay group 13.
