About
Alex Prager Studio is hiring a temporary Studio and Personal Assistant in Los Angeles to support the artist and director and her studio through the holiday season. The work mixes personal assistance (errands, holiday gifting, mailing lists and handwritten cards, travel and scheduling, RSVPs) with studio organisation (filing, supplies, light cleaning, receipts), inventory and webshop fulfilment, and some help with social media and basic website updates.
The studio wants someone with at least six months of relevant experience in a creative studio, gallery, production company, office administration or personal assistant role, strong organisational skills, a no-task-too-small attitude, proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's licence with reliable transport. Familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Squarespace is a plus, and a background in art, photography, film or gallery operations is preferred but not required.
