After-School Arts Teacher at Verbeelding&CO

Verbeelding&CO in Zeewolde, part of Stichting De Verbeelding, brings arts and culture to children and young people. For its after-school programme it is looking for arts teachers, individually or as a duo, in a range of disciplines from January.

Teachers develop and lead workshops or short lesson series for primary-age children, with particular attention to young children, offering techniques, materials and inspiration so children can explore their own ideas. Sessions run on Wednesday afternoons from about 14.00 to 16.00.

Applicants need an artistic background and proven experience in education; an active artistic practice is welcome but not required. The work is freelance at a market-rate hourly fee, with scope and duration agreed together. Send a short motivation and CV or portfolio by email; there is no closing date.
