Associate Outsourcing Artist at Naughty Dog

Naughty Dog is hiring an Associate Outsourcing Artist to sit between its internal art teams and external vendors. The artist writes detailed art briefs, transfers briefs and assets to and from servers, gives constructive feedback on submissions, consolidates feedback from several departments and integrates finished assets into the game environment.

The studio asks for proficiency in Maya modelling, Photoshop, ZBrush and Substance, a strong art background for sound aesthetic judgement, and clear communication skills; graphic design ability (logos, typography) is a bonus. Applicants supply a portfolio or reel and may be given an art test.

This is a temporary engagement through Sony's staffing partner Yoh Enterprise Solutions, hybrid/on site at Naughty Dog's Santa Monica studio, and candidates must be authorised to work in the United States. The listed base pay is US$36.68–45.87 an hour.
