Senior Gameplay Animator (Contingent) at Naughty Dog

Naughty Dog is looking for an experienced gameplay animator for its in-game cinematics and gameplay team. The animator creates high-quality animation in Maya and implements it in the studio's engine, collaborates with design and engineering on new systemic animation, directs and takes part in motion capture shoots and uses debug tools to resolve gameplay issues.

The role also includes mentoring, documentation and working with animation leadership to uphold the style and quality bar. Naughty Dog asks for at least one shipped AAA game as a senior gameplay animator (or equivalent), at least five years in the games industry and expertise in systemic gameplay animation.

This is a temporary engagement through Sony's staffing partner Yoh Enterprise Solutions, hybrid/on site at Naughty Dog's Santa Monica studio, and candidates must be authorised to work in the United States. The listed base pay is US$69.52–86.93 an hour.
