Creative Supply Teacher for Primary Schools at Talentiko

Talentiko sends creative professionals into primary schools as supply teachers when a regular teacher is absent. Instead of normal lessons, the cover teacher runs a creative project day of their own design, with children building, making music, acting or exploring.

It is looking for visual artists, musicians, theatre makers and dance teachers with classroom experience, mainly in the Utrecht region and also in South Holland and around Zaandam. Days run roughly 8.00 to 15.00, and many requests arrive on the morning itself, especially in autumn and winter.

Applicants need experience teaching in primary schools or with groups of children; a teaching qualification is not required. The hourly rate is usually €47 or €50, with invoicing handled by Talentiko and payment within ten working days, plus a bonus for urgent requests. Sign up via the website form; there is no closing date.
